Access to and use of Cinematura is subject to these Terms of Use. By using the site, you accept these terms in full.
Cinematura provides free access to movie and TV show information (via TMDB), a built-in e-book (EPUB) reader, and an interactive map of live radio stations (via Radio Browser). No account registration is required for any feature.
Movie and TV information comes from TMDB and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated; we do not guarantee its accuracy. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Radio stations are operated by independent third parties; Cinematura merely displays their metadata via Radio Browser and bears no responsibility for the availability, content, or legality of their broadcasts.
E-books available through the service are selected based on their copyright status. If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us immediately at architektwn@proton.me with the work's details so we can remove it.
Favorites lists are stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not in a user account. Clearing browsing data, or switching device or browser, will delete these lists. We are not responsible for their loss.

The source code, design, and Cinematura brand belong to the service's creator. Third-party trademarks, logos, and data (TMDB, Radio Browser, book publishers) belong to their respective owners.
The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
These terms are governed by Greek law and European Union law.
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
